  • Processing time: 2 – 5 business days.
  • Delivery time (Canada & U.S.): 7 – 15 business days.
  • International orders: 10 – 20 business days on average.
  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages for faster fulfillment.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays, customs delays, or unforeseen disruptions. Paw Play it is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
